To ensure the quality of our services, we have the following policies regarding Instructor-Led Training (ILT):

LATE CANCELLATION: Please contact our office 2 weeks prior to the scheduled ILT class so Integic can credit your account. Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class date will result in a 50% cancellation fee per person per class. Cancellation less than 1 week prior to the scheduled ILT class date will result in a 100% cancellation fee per person per class, however student can reschedule to take the class at a later date.

NO SHOW: If you are registered for an ILT class and do not attend, a fee equivalent to your class rate will be applied, and no refunds will be issued.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: If there is some question regarding a course cancellation due to inclement weather, please call our toll free number at 1-866-468-3442. If our offices are closed due to the weather, we will have a recorded message with details at this number. This policy pertains to Public ILT students only. If you are part of a group or company sponsored class, please refer to your individual company policy.
