Welcome to the Northrop Grumman e.POWER Learning Center. In response to our customers' demands, both internal and external, we offer a blended learning methodology. Our goal is to deliver e.POWER training in a fluid and flexible manner that facilitates learning at the individual student’s pace and schedule. This approach should minimize conflicts with students’ day jobs as well as save on travel expenses for out of town clients.
Our blended learning approach couples simplified student administration with courseware hosted on an integrated Learning Management System (LMS). The new features include on-line course registration, student progress tracking, confirmation and cancellation notification, as well as reminders for upcoming scheduled courses and chat sessions that are integrated with a particular student’s learning track.
Our e.POWER Learning ensures that our customers will have access to up-to-date information on our curricula, role-based course tracks, details on specific courses, lab schedules and much more.
