How do I access the Northrop Grumman e.POWER LMS?
You can access the LMS by visiting the
Northrop Grumman Training Page and clicking on the e.POWER Learning Center icon, visiting the Northrop Grumman LMS Portal or you may access it directly at http://epowertraining.learn-central.com.  Please save these links to your favorites list so you can revisit often and learn about future e.POWER offerings and upgrades.

How do I login to the Northrop Grumman e.POWER LMS?
You can login using your email address and the password provided to you via email. 

How do I change my Password?
Your password can be changed within your profile.  To access your profile, log in to the LMS and click the ‘Change your profile’ link located in the Your Account section on the left.  We recommend changing the system generated password you may have received upon login.

What if I lost my Password?
Your password can be reset using the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link located in the Log In section on the left.  You will be prompted to enter your email address and click Next.  The system will email you with a password reset link.  Clicking this link within your email will direct you to a password reset screen within the LMS.   Please note that, for security reasons, the emailed link is only valid for 15 minutes.

How do I get a user account if I don't already have one?
If you do not currently have a user account, you may create one using the ‘Create a New Profile’ link located in the Log In section on the left.  If you are an Northrop Grumman employee, please be sure to include your Cost Center, such as CSE, BIC, DoD, etc., as part of your profile.

How do I find courses I want to attend?
Click Catalog in the top menu.  Locate the course for which you would like to register using the Search feature or Browse Curriculums links.  You may also sort the class list using the ‘Sort by’ drop down field.

How do I register for e.Power on-line courses?
Log in to the LMS and click Catalog in the top menu.  Click the ‘Details’ button located to the right of the course of interest.  You will be directed to the Course Details screen.  Click the Enroll button to add the course to your shopping basket.  Once you are finished shopping for courses, click the Checkout button located in the top right corner of the catalog.  Click the Checkout button to confirm your selections and advance to the Checkout screen.  Choose your payment type and enter payment information.  Click Continue to process your payment and enroll in the courses. 

How can I pay for my courses?
Customers can use a PO or a credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa) to pay for course.  Employees can use a credit card for purchases.  All transactions are secure.

Are my payment transactions secure?
Yes.  Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator (versions 4.06 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above for PC; version 4.5 and above for Mac), and AOL (AOL 4.0 and above). This encryption makes it absolutely impossible for unauthorized parties to read any information that you send us. Furthermore, all of the learner data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. To maximize security, and to prevent any transaction errors, we recommend you download the latest Netscape or Internet Explorer browser version.

In the highly unlikely event of credit card fraud, we will guarantee your protection against any liability above what is covered by your credit card provider if reported promptly to your credit card provider. You will simply not be held responsible for the fraudulent charges.

How do I access my courses?
Upon enrollment, your e.POWER online courses are available via your Student screen.  To access your Student screen, log in to the LMS and click the 'Student' link located on the top menu. 


What if I am having trouble viewing certain areas of the system?
The e.POWER LMS requires the use of pop-ups to launch e.Training courses, complete course evaluations and other common activities.  If you are using a pop-up blocker, please disable it when using the e.POWER LMS.

I completed an e.Training course but my Transcript does not show it as completed; why is there no score shown?
You must first complete the quiz and receive a score before the course will be listed as completed.

Please be sure that your pop-up blocker is disabled, and that you do not exit the course before the results window appears. That is the only way that your transcript will show that you have completed an e.Training course.

How do I complete a course evaluation?
You can evaluate both e.Training and Instructor-led training (ILT) courses once a course has been completed.  In your Student screen (accessible by top menu), click the ‘Enter Evaluation’ icon located next to the completed class.

How do I create a Certificate of Completion?
You may create a Certificate once you have completed a class and the score registered is equal or greater to the mastery score (if applicable).  If you meet these criteria, go to your Student screen (accessible by top menu), click the ‘Make Certificate’ icon next to the completed class.
